Sounds like one of the hot legs dropped... If the genset breakers are ok (and you said you tripped/reset) - and since you can't plug in to isolate - next stop would be the transfer switch - and then the breaker panel...
Be looking for an open hot lead - a bad or broken connection.
Check everything with power/genny off to be sure all connected and tight...

If you are comfortable working with electricity - start the genny and check for voltage on each lead into and out of the transfer switch... Each hot to neutral should read 110v, and hot to hot should read 220...

If all ok, move to the main breaker panel and check the inputs there.

Hopefully will find something along the way.
