Our 29M Windsport is the same way. The problem is not actually a "soft spot", the shower floor is just not laying flat on the sub floor which is very solid. No way to correct the problem short of removing the entire shower. I know it feels funny to step on but I truly believe it won't be a problem. There is no way to get to the underside of the shower to shoot foam or anything else in there.
