The best thing you can do is find a good dealer that will respond to your calls/queries/etc. in a timely manner, will let you keep the unit while they order parts, etc. A good dealer is key.

Having said that: All of my interactions with Thor have been good ones: Questions were answered promptly, e-mails were returned, they even sent me a replacement part for me to fix something by myself. In addition, this past winter when I went to the factory service shop in Wakarusa, IN they were very professional detailing all the work they would be doing, how much time it would take, and how much it would cost (out of warranty).

So far we are very happy with our Thor.
