Greetings. Bought our 2014 ACE 30.1 used in 2015. Didn't really use it much until Aug 2016. Had about 8000 miles. The right front leveling jack line blew out while driving along Alligator Alley in Fl. No biggie, extended warranty took care of it. Started a big trip last May. When we got to Arkansas about a month ago, the left front leveling jack line blew out. Not sure about these 2 incidences, but I think the lines both came out of the connector.
Yesterday, while enroute to New Mexico, the left front blows out again. But it was the return line, not the extend line like last month. The hose came right out of the connector, see below pics.
I contacted Lippert to try to figure out what could be wrong. Both Lippert and the repair shop today said if the hose comes out of the connector, it's usually a bad crimp on the connector. Lippert said that they supply the hoses and connectors to the manufacturer, THOR, and they are installed at the factory.
