We changed ours out as well. Note that not all TVs of similar size will use the same mounting pattern or same size bolts. Our main Seiki 40 inch used M6 bolts but the replacement Samsung uses M8 bolts. That required a little work to drill out the holes in the mounting assembly to accommodate the larger bolts. I also had to move the vertical arms a bit since the Samsung was thinner (when it was closed the TV body was pressed into the corner and the assembly wouldn't latch.)
