Some things you probably already are doing: Switch the vents to open where you are and closed where you aren't, including the big vents on the A/C unit. Run a small house fan. Ice packs, loose and minimal clothing, stay hydrated, plan to be out of the coach in the hottest part of the day. Find some shade or go to a movie or a mall. A curtain behind the front seats might help, too.
