That is also a good idea. However with me being physically limited, don't know if I could get the bikes up there and the CRV doesn't have a roof rack. I'm
overthinking this. I had a receiver hitch put on the CRV for one of those electric mobility scooter lift but then discovered that the uni-body frame will not support the lift and the scooter totalling about 300#. So, I'm gonna find a bike rack that will hold my 2 folding bikes and simply use the receiver on the CRV.
