If the trim on the bottom of the slide isn't properly sealed, water will run down the face of the slide and seep on top of the bulb seal on the bottom of the slide. It doesn't take much of a gap in caulking to allow a fair amount of water in. The way to see if you have that problem is to extend the slide all the way. Then go under the slide and run your hand along the rubber seal attached to the motorhome (not the slide) under the slide. If it is wet, you have a gap in caulking. I found my Miramar had no caulking at all on the lower trim panel on the slide.
