Unfortunately, salesmen are salesmen, whether they are selling cars or RV's. They only see their pay when they sell a unit. You need to be very definite about what you what. When the 'correct unit' arrives, spend as much time as you need, going over it, making sure it is what you expected, and its equipped they way you want it. If it needs any adjustments, equipment additions, anything, make sure its in the contract before you sign. Make sure the final price is what you expect, believe me its very very negotiable. You would be surprised just how negotiable that final price is. Salesmen are well aware of how true the saying, 'a bird in hand is worth more than two in the bush' is.
