Had three of my 120VAC circuits wired to the wrong breakers. Converter, Hot Water Heater and the non-GFI circuits were scrambled. Fixed them myself. Turned off the electric hot water heater circuit breaker and killed my converter and the driver's side outlets and didn't turn off the hot water heater.
