Rain is falling here in the center of Florida, with light winds. Calm before the storm. We're hunkered down, and glad to have a concrete block home. By this time tomorrow, will give a damage report from my perspective. Everyone in my neighborhood is as prepared as possible, and holding their breath. All are anxious to have this storm behind us.

BTW-We heard of a couple that left south FL early Tuesday, only to be stuck in crawling traffic and hours long lines for gas and food as they headed north. They finally stopped in Mississippi late Friday!
