ACE outdoor kitchen and cold weather use of RV

Ok, I'm picking up my ACE 30.3 next week (I hope), and want to use it this fall, maybe even winter, here in Arkansas depending on weather which is often mild most of the year.

So, I figure I'll get a compressor so I can quickly blow out the lines when I'm not using it.

My concern is that if I'm using it on a cold weekend that dips below freezing, and have the furnace running, the water lines to the outdoor kitchen will freeze. They seemed to be going through the storage compartment next to it, which I don't think is heated (not sure the outdoor kitchen is either, although the fridge may generate heat in that compartment).

So, does anyone with the outdoor kitchen use their ACE in sub freezing temps? I'm wondering if I need to add a shut off valve to turn off water to the outside (would need to have that somewhere in a heated area).
