Hello everyone new to this forum and new to our Thor Chateau class C Motorhome.
I just purchased a Thor Chateau 23U last week and am looking forward to some great road trips as well as a Winter get away.
My wife and I live in the So Cal Mountains at 6700 feet in Big Bear.
I plan on storing the rig down in the desert by Palm Springs at Sky Valley Resort that way we can get away for a weekend here and there and pull the RV out and into one of there full hook up sites. They have 13 mineral pools there so it seems to be a good choice for our winter getaways.
As soon as we brought the rig home the customizations began.
Will elaborate on other posts. Although new to this forum I have been heavily active on a car site infinitiscene.com under user name MTN FX.
While this is the first class C for us we have had a 5th wheel set up when our kids were little. I plan on retiring in 4 years and traveling the States.
