Because the original question was about towing a Jeep Wrangler, the Jeep owners manual states that that vehicle must be towed 4 wheels down or totally on a trailer. Front wheel dolly towing a Jeep will cost you and void the warranty. The 4 wheel drive feature can't support 2 up dolly towing.
