We returned home on Tuesday. The Nor'easter plus high tide plus Hurricane Irma brought the St. Johns River up enough to take off the platform at the end of my dock. Boat on lift appears to be OK, although I can't get totally out to take a good look. Also have trees down and tree limbs and debris everywhere. No electricity for 5 days, but whole-house generator kept us comfortable. We are thankful that damage was not worse as we see others dealing with much worse situations.
