Thor 29M - Ladder failure

The Ladder on my 29M was coming lose from the base plates. Several months ago I called Thor and they said that all I needed to do was tighten up the screws...however you have to take the ladder off to do so....which is a pain.

Once I got the ladder off, the legs and plates that screw onto the coach were loose as hell. Figuring all I had to do was grab some Loctite and tighten them back up, I'd be good go to....WRONG!!

There are no nuts for the screws to screw into much less the Loctite to "grip" the screw...they are just a metal tab, like a tinnerman clip. SERIOUSLY??

This is an accident waiting to happen and I think these ladders should be recalled by Thor before someone is seriously injured or killed.

I'll be calling them tomorrow and seeing what they say, but I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem.
