Since I'm only up to page 69 reading this forum this might already be answered but on my 2018 29M the charging station was wired backwards. I pulled it out and swapped the wires. Works great now.
BTW, thanks for all of the information you guys have put in this forum. It's given me a ton of great ideas and information.
