I generally take a "if it aint broke, don't fix it," attitude, but it seems like I will be dealing with the chassis battery eventually. So your post got me to thinking I should be a little proactive.
From the picture I see that they have routed out 99% and then sealed that up. after you put a hinge on it how did you reseal it?
