Each d-ring is attached to the frame, through the bumper, with 4 grade 8 bolts. My tow bar is a ready brake elite. Simple and easy to us. Towed over 17k miles with mostly no issues. The one issue I had...you can find it somewhere on the forum...was my own fault. __________________
