Where we store our unit also has some mechanics that will work on it for you. They found the locations and welded the jacks on for us.
For the rear ones I had asked them to be slightly angled against each other to provide extra stability (my logic being that they are probably least stable side to side so if they are angled that stability would be increased). That turned out really well because they could poke the end out next to the hitch for easy cranking.
JamieGeek, do you still happen to have any pics of the jacks mounted on your Axis? Have you had any issues with clearance on the back ones?
