Do you have tank heaters. Turn them on and forget about it. The low temp won't be low for long. And just a rag around the pipe is all you need, if that. Warm yourself with a nice fire and hot toddy. Thats great weather for a camping trip. Have fun.
Secondly, dont hook up anything but electric and cable. You should easily be able to use only your FULL fresh water tank and your EMPTY black and grey tanks for a couple days and empty before you leave the camp ground.
