Quality frustration

I am so angry & frustated this morning I am in tears. Called Thor tech support to tell them about the "temp sensor error". They had no clue what that is & then proceeded to piss me off by being more concerned about telling me I was out of warranty by 2 months & 1 week & they couldn't help me! Now while I understand very well how warranties work, I also feel that when you buy a high end item there is also a certain level of customer service extended when the issues are constant & have all been manufacturing issues. I didn't by a toaster, I bought something that costs as much as a house & something fails every time we take it out.

In addition, I got home last night, was tired, so made sure the gas was on, house battery etc for the fridge, made sure it was running, went into my house ate something & went to bed. Went out this morning to a warm fridge. I was told user error. I don't know, could of been but the suggestion that I was dumb enough to have turned off the batteries in the battery compartment after telling them the above is just plain insulting!

I think I got a lemon.
