You need to shop around and compare estimates and reputations. I installed the US Gear brake system on our first toad, not all that difficult with instructions. Didn't feel equipped to install the baseplate or connect the lights.
We had a shop remove it all from our first toad and installed on our current toad. Was glad I hired that part out, as not only did they have to remove the bumper, but also cut holes in the grill. I would have considered a mobile tech if I didn't have a competent and affordable RV shop nearby.
