When I had my 2016 Axis, I had the same problem with the Axxera radio. When you have the radio running then select the rear camera, the radio cut's out. I traded my Axis for a 2017 Hurricane and had the same thing happen until the radio was changed out with a newer model (to solve another problem) now the radio will continue to play even when the camera is on full time. In my case the new radio fixed it. Could have been config'd differently by the installer.
