E350 door - Dome/map/reading lights
When I open the driver/passenger door the running lights come on along with instrument lights as they all seem to be tied together. The dome light get power but the switch must be on. Dome light is also on the lamp dimmer control. Do nothing and they all timeout in about a minute. Start the vehicle and they all go out unless you turn on the head lights. Dome light now get power because the vehicle is running so now you must manually turn it off.
My goal is have light when the door opens like your car.
I will be adding map lights and I want to activate it with the door.
Has anyone doped out the circurty?
