I had the same problem today - could not get my phone to pair with the Axxera AV615BHM, even though it recognized it. I tried the default 0000 PIN several times, then based on what someone suggested, I tried 1234. That didn't work, either. So, I tried telling my iPhone to forget the Axxera, searched again and it could not find the Axxera. Then, I tried going to setup on the Axxera Main Menu, turned Bluetooth off and back on. Then went back to Bluetooth Phone on the Main Menu, my phone found it and connected when I entered the 0000 PIN. I made a call and it worked OK.
