Here's a little FYI: I also have a new 31S. Bought it in May. Had a bunch of minor warranty stuff done in July and currently have it in for more warranty work, this time on the dinette slide (controller wiring was installed incorrectly) and an issue with the levelers which is still being investigated. I did the Cheap Handling Fix on the rear and am having a steering stabilizer put on the front. I recommend both of those. We do like the unit but plan to get a satellite system and also want to replace the sofa with either theater seating or recliners. I am not that impressed with the workmanship of Thor and have told them as much. I have had to download most of the manuals for the various equipment (front and rear radios, leveler system, generator) from the internet as they weren't supplied. After seeing how the unit handles with the steering stabilizer I may put on a rear track bar. We white knuckled it from central MN (where we bought it) to western SD (where we live) and that made me decide to work on the handling. The dealer had the tires at 105 psi & I now have them at 84 plus I had the front end aligned. Those changes made a big difference but did not solve the handling issue completely, hence the CHF and stabilizer. Still learning about the rig and figuring things out. Hope to head south in a couple weeks and are looking forward to doing the rv thing.
