Mine isn’t for sale, and I really like my set-up vs a large Class A, Class B, Class C, or Diesel Pusher

No issues/problems of the Motorhome itself (versus the Ford Chassis), and for me it’s what I expected as a value priced product
Remember...Thor builds a box around a stripped Ford chassis.
It’s made of wood and fiberglass and sandwiched wall board
So there is road noise and squeaks, that’s the nature of the beast
If you want a super quiet ride, go with a Mercedes Class B or a high-end diesel pusher.

And like all Motorhomes...things go wrong and break
But if you have the tools and the skill-sets, most repairs can be done by the novice owner fairly inexpensively

The advantage of the Vegas/Axis is the small size vs traditional 30+ foot Class A’s. And, unlike the cramped driver’s cab space of a Class C or Class B, the Vegas/Axis cab can be used for legitimate living space
Plus there’s abundant storage space

So...I’m sold on the Vegas/Axis concept

2017 Vegas 25.2

We purchased a 2017 25.2 Vegas last May and love it. We been out about 10 times, mostly long weekends and have had no problems.

We really love our Axis but we are not going to be able to use it much over the next year or so, so selling it seems to be the wise choice. Of all the road trips and camping we have done over the years, with various sorts of camping methods, the Axis has been the most versatile and comfortable for us.

Just as was said earlier, the Axis/Vegas is still what we call an "entry level" rig meaning it has what you want but things were done as cheaply as possible. The gelcoat on the outside costs much less than full body paint so don't be surprised if the finish dulls after about a year. This means if you don't park it inside, you will be doing a lot of waxing and buffing to keep up the shiny finish. Don't be surprised if you find a few leaks like we did with our 2016. The seams where the front cap met the sidewall had a seam molding over it that hid the fact that the seam was not sealed/caulked properly. This allowed water to run inside the wall, through the aluminum channeling and land in a rectangular size area beneath the driver and passenger window. This in turn caused the wallpaper to blister and would end up rotting the side walls. $1700 later, after they had to remove both side windows to find out where the leak was, the seam was sealed. These are some of the drawbacks but you have to remember that they can be bought for almost half the price of the upper level gas motor homes. Tail lights leaking, figuring out how to replace the chassis battery, remounting the water pump so it was quieter.... Got everything the way we wanted it and decided we did want something bigger.

Not sure if you are still in the market but we will be selling our 2016 Thor Axis 24.1 probably in late May or June 2021. We have loved every minute of owning it. It has about 13,000 miles and we mainly camp at a nearby lake a few hours away from Atlanta and have done a couple long road trips in it. It will be bittersweet but we have ordered a larger Class A as retirement is on the horizon and we wanted a little more space. Non smokers and no pets. I'm happy to let you know when it hits RV Trader or whatever selling platform we decide to use.
