I sent with the Roadmaster with the crossbar only because that’s what E-Trailer recommended.

Fords are known to drop out of neutral tow mode when the battery gets low. I would not tow without the battery being charged.

Carnauba Wax.
A wax is not going to fix hazy. You will need to use a polish or compound to make it shine.
