Yeah, the MCP User was registered on the Northwood Forum from 2018. So I'm sure that's why you got the "-Thor" added to your name when Forums were combined.

There is another User with the name "MCP" so you can edit your name any way you like except it can not duplicate another User's name. There are a lot of usernames that start with "MCP" so you will need to replace the "-Thor" with something unique or just change the entire name.

There is no spark plug wire. The V10 has Coil On Plug (COP) ignition. The coils are bolted in. It won't be a "loose wire".

What SGilbert said. The house batteries will charge from SP or running the generator only IF the USE/STORE switch has been switched to USE (and you have no other issues).
