awning

Hi All, Our right patio awning arm tension mechanism broke and I am looking for a replacement, hopefully not the complete arm. Any advise in the right direction is much appreciated.

So, my 2018 Drop 1790 has the power Awning. I am posting this cause I am curious about it's 'flex'. Should the Awning be taut or droopy? I have pictures of what I mean, I have extended my awning as much as it will go. But I wanna ensure it's safe, I live in FL so we have occasional strong wind...

Is this supposed to happen? I feel like it's going to cause a tear or excess wear. The same goes for the door -- when awning is open and I open the door, it slightly scrapes it. (Its hard to tell but it is laying on the slide out.
