Hello team. I have a 2023 Thor ACE 29G. I tried to replace one of the 12V wall charger and apparently something happen and now both wall chargers are not working (no power) and all the bay compartments has NO power either. Im pretty sure is a fuse somewhere, but I checked them all and they look fine to me. Maybe Im not looking in the right place, if any of you had this issue in the past I hope you can help me. Thank you. God bless🙏🏻🙏🏻

What fuses did you check?
Sounds like it should be fed from the Power Center.

Get your VIN and go to the Thor Owners Resource Website where you can create an account and have access to videos, Quick Start Guides, and documentation specifically for your RV, See what the electrical fiagrams tell you.

I checked the ones under the bed, there are a few fuses next to the main breakers ( they were all ok ) and then I checked the ones under the dash in the driver side. Nothing. Thank you so much for your respond🙏🏻🙏🏻

Do you have power to the port you changed? Sometimes 'new' means Never Even Worked.
Yes I did check. Thats why I decide to change the port because it was receiving power but it was not working. After I did the change the all **** loose. Now I dont have power either on the port and all bay compartments. Crazy

Flip the breakers off on back on for the wall sockets even if they don’t look tripped. Check the electric sockets that have test and reset buttons if they don’t click when test is button is pushed then go back to breakers in battery compartment look for the buttons that trip the red or yellow levers , trip and reset by pushing lever back in.

Leave all the circuit breakers alone, they will not cause this issue.

Go to the power center under the bed and check fuse #4, it supplies the USB outlets as well as the lights in the cargo compartments and the step light.

If the fuse looks "good", swap it anyway. If the fuse is not the issue, things get a lot harder as the wiring circuit will have to be traced, an excruciating task even with the Thor wiring harness diagrams (available by special request from CS).

Our MH is an older model (2015 ACE) but when I accidently shorted a connection to a cargo bay light I eventually found the fuse in the BCC (Battery Control Center) in the engine bay.

So breakers don’t control power in bays
See post #7.... Only power in storage compartments ("bays") is the lighting circuit.

It really is necessary to consult the relevant documentation for the specific model in question. Increases the odds of getting the correct information (assuming the unit was built per the documentation, not always the case).

So breakers don’t control power in bays
Breakers in the Power Center and GFCI outlets are all AC. The lights and USB plates are DC.
The DC breakers near the batteries would only be suspect when not on SP and the 50 amp breaker would kill all power in the MH. The 100 amp breaker would have no effect on the OP's symptoms.

Any stereo shop in any town can fix this for less money/time than you will think is fair.

Make an appointment and be done with it all.
While you're there make another appointment so they can install the handful of dream goodies you can now buy on Amazon because you know someone competent and available to install them.

(Have them show you what they did. Report back here with information for others)

Thank you all for all your recommendations and last case scenario I'll just call an expert here in the area. I appreciate all of you. God blesses🙏🙏

Problem solved!!!…. Thanks for all your advices. Found the broken fuse and that was it. Thanks

Where was the fuse - which fuse box
It was the box next to the main breakers. It has no name on it thats why it got me crazy looking everywhere. I just went to autoparts and purchased a fuse tester and…..BAM!!…right there he was
