2005 class c 24 ft 6.0 Electrical issue

We have this electrical issue with the house batt not charging while driving. Doesnt charge when plugged in and it doesnt charge with the genset running I has spotted what looks like 3 solinoids and no idea if any of them are responsible.

Charging while driving may not have been built in to your Class C.
Charging while on SP or Generator is the same path from the converter.

Can you charge your house batteries with an external charger?
If so, do they provide DC loads in the house like lights and the water pump?

What's the history?
New to you RV?
When did it last work right (if ever)?
What has changed since it last worked right?
When were the house batteries last changed or disconnected?

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it?

We recently picked this up and everything worked. I think it was because the house battery was fully charged. I 1st noticed the issue when I tried to start the genset and it wouldnt come on. Im very very novice with electrical. But noted that with the meter I can see the house batt is at under 11v just sitting and with the genset going it rises to 12v.

The generator won't start when the house batteries are dead.

11 VDC is below dead.

Many more questions remain unanswered.

The house batt looks to be 2 years old. Thats all I know about this RV. We are new to all this unit, our last unit was an older model and the genset never had a issue. My suspicion is the prior owner knew about it as well , cause they wont respond to my inquiries. When we bought it everything worked fine. Few weeks later I tried the genset and nothing. Poked around to understand it wouldnt start with a low house batt, thought it shoud start on SP. When I charged the house batt the genset fired up fine. I thought it should be charging with motor, sp, genset.
