Your local Ford commercial truck dealer. Or, for a Stant aftermarket version any O'Reilly's, Autozone, Napa, Pep Boys, etc....


Or Amazon, (Stant 10081 or Motorcraft EC743).


BTW, most F53 owners NEVER see their oil cap, ever, (oil is normally added through the dipstick tube).
