I have received a list of attendees and site numbers from the campground, which I have attempted to correlate with those who advised they are attending.

It is uploaded to the other forum, as I am able to modify and update files on that forum. It is a MS Word attachment and is located in the Rallies section under 2014 Rally Attendees. We have the same user name on the other forum.

Where do we find information about the Rally? I see this post but nothing that really gives details. We are interested!

I found the information I was looking for....we will probably go from the 6th of August through the 10th. We love that area of Indiana.

There's no number on the confirmation they sent. I will call tomorrow and see what they assigned. I told them we were with the Redwood Rally and I do know it is a pull through site.

If you check their website, you'll be in one of the first 4 rows of pull through sites, as that is the area we have been allocated for the Rally.

Well, unfortunately, we are going to be on the road to Washington State during the rally weekend. We have really enjoyed the RW rally the past two years and will miss being there this year. Hope everyone has a good time (I know you will) and please post about your conversations with Redwood concerning some of the QC issues that keep cropping up.

Andy, you can post attachments on this forum... you have to use the "ADVANCED" editor. At the bottom of the page click on Go Advanced, on this page there are many additional options including Attachments [it looks like a paper clip].

Chuck - the problem is they don't accept Excel files (xls/xlsx). I can now upload xlsx files to the other forum, so I don't export it to Word. On the other forum I can also make changes once the file is uploaded.

If anyone would like a copy drop me a PM and I'll send it by email.

Just trying to save you time but it's all good...at least this way you can get everyone [assuming there are folks only subscribed to the other forum].

Chuck - you are very welcome.

Don't have access to this forum's software set up, but on the other one it is just a case of selecting file types in a set up screen.
