Are you talking about the plastic piece that hangs down below the door? It is body color? If so, they are available for a 2018, just got one from Thor Dealer. MFG #0293388, TPL0298 Champagne Color. $40.16, wont say for sure it will fit your model. Mine is a 2018 24.1 Vegas.

Hello 103 Eagle I need to replace the lower door trim in your picture 2018 Vegas 24.1. Do you have any guidance tips or tricks to remove and replace it. The part is now $104.

It's simply screwed on(probably square drive screws)
No guidance needed.

For other folk;
It serves absolutely no purpose other than cosmetic.
I took mine off and haven't replaced it.
