2015 Axis 25.1 Genny?

Onan 4000 - Ok I am lost with this one? Need expert advice?!? Generator runs good stationary, no issues at all for hours on end even with A/C and microwave running together. So far I’ve changed the oil (good level), spark plug, air filter, fuel filter, and a brand new carburetor. The only thing that is not new is the fuel pump on the genny. However when I am on the way (road) with a full tank of gas the genny will trip and I loose power for A/C and microwave??? But the genny is still running! Is there a speed limit that once you hit certain limit (55mph)the genny gets tripped?

Define "tripped".

Is the generator output breaker tripping?

There is no relationship between coach traveling and generator running.

If it is the breaker tripping while driving, you might want to look at the electrical connections to be sure they are tight in/around the generator. One loose one can cause it to trip the breaker. Sitting still with nothing moving around and then driving with everything moving sounds like a loose connection.

Check the connection box next to the gen under the coach. Grey plastic box, wired to gen. Mine broke off the mounts and was swinging like a monkey. Connections inside were all loose from banging g around.
