My trailer recently stopped heating. Every once in a while the heat will kick on but not when I want it. Replaced the thermostat a Coleman Mach. Thermostat will click when I set the thermo above the current temperature but the floor fan and furnace do not kick on.

Does anyone know what the issue may be?

Since you gave us very little to go on to help you, you will have to find the make and model of your furnace and go to the manufacturers website and get the service manual.
Both Atwood (Dometic) and Suburban have good troubleshooting in their service manuals.|
'my furnace doesn't work' gives us nothing to work with.

Sail switch on side of blower switch sticks. 1/2 job

It could be many things. Sail switch is not always the problem.
Many modern units require the furnace be removed.
That is why it is very important to give us more information than the OP has provided.
You can put the year, make and model and other useful information in your Signature Line.
