Hello all newbie to the forum. I recently got a crossroads sunset trail 270bh. We had it hooked up to our house power and everything was fine. The next day it tripped our house breaker and now the bathroom lights and fan on the camper aren't working. I've checked the camper breakers and fuses on the panel and found nothing. Any help would be really appreciated.

Check for a tripped GFI outlet. Most RVs have two - one for each side of the rig. One is probably in the bathroom, the other may take some searching. In one RV it was in a cabinet above the microwave.

bathroom lights and fan on the camper aren't working.
Those are powered by the battery. What is the status of your battery? And they may bothe be on the same fuse in the Power Center.

The real question is:
Why did the house breaker trip? Were you running the A/C and other loads?

The only load was the fridge and yes the battery is dead. But shouldn't I still have power in the bathroom while hooked to shore Power? Another thing if I flip the main breaker off then on the inverter will kick on the off.

Do you mean CONVERTER?

And yes, the converter should power all DC loads and keep the battery charged if plugged into SP.

Do the other house lights work?

Yes converter and yes all the other lights are working. I did pull the battery and topped it off with distilled water. After it gets charged I'll hook it back up and see if it works.

See if the battery works? Because the bathroom lights and fan won't work until you fix the power to them. Double check the fuses in the Power Center.

Charging the battery didn't work. I triple checked the fuses and breakers. I'm really starting to think it's a converter issue. Because it didn't kick on and the co2 detector isn't working also.

Does anything 12V work? Check the USE/STORE switch (sometimes labeled Disconnect/Connect). Even if it appears in the correct position, try flipping it off & then on again. Try to listen for a latching relay clicking as you operate the switch. IF you do not hear the relay clicking it might be faulty.

Near the coach battery(s) there should be a main heavy duty (50 - 100 amp 12V) circuit breaker. Usually a black box with a red or yellow lever that flips open if the circuit breaker trips.

IF your battery disconnect switch is ON...
and
IF the main battery breaker isn't tripped...
and
Other 12 volt items, such as lights, are working...

You've isolated it to the bathroom light circuit.

Some ceiling vent fans/lights have a small toggle switch ON THE FAN ITSELF, in addition to wall mounted switches. Make sure that wasn't inadvertently switched off.

Otherwise you either have a fuse you are overlooking (it happens) or possibly a toasted light/fan... in which case your skills with a multimeter will become handy.

You said all the other lights are working . Was that with the battery dead and SP connected? If so, the converter would have to be working.

Also, the converter, just like the battery, will not cause an issue with only the bathroom lights and fan (and now the CO/LP detector).
