2015 Sunset Trail roof issuea

The roof on our 2015 Sunset Trail has an obvious manufacturer defect. The roof looks like it has warts. I have attached pictures. There are small bubbles all over the roof. I realize the trailer is past it’s warranty period but this is an obvious material deficiency. I contacted Crossroads customer service and they told
me to bring it to a Crossroads service center to have it assessed. The service center told me it was a material deficiency and would submit paperwork to CrossroadsRV. I contacted CrossroadsRV and they said they would not do anything. Pretty crappy customer service for a company that installed a subpar product. Would have considered buying another CrossroadsRV product but no longer at this point. I am now on the hook for a $10K roof

Check with the roof material manufacture. Crossroads warranty is long gone on a 2015 but the roof would still be under the roof manufactures warranty period which should be 10 years. Check the paperwork that came with your camper there should be something on the roof.

Might that be hail damage?

Most of the TT roofs have a 15yr warranty and it is the roof manufacturer that lists that. However, getting anyone to honor it is the trouble.
