2015 Thor Axis Commode Issue

The commode on out unit continually comes detached from the floor bracket. We’ve had it “repaired” multiple times, even taking it to a custom repair shop to have it fixed. The last place we took it said it is a very poor design issue. That aside, has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

And before anyone asks, no, no one occupying the RV is carrying more body mass than reasonably expected to accommodate an RV commode.
