Looks like an safety interlock board. If you can find an old guy or gal who worked on the floor at Plant 850 they would know. I would start your search at Thor MC CS.

Is your motorhome 30 amps with an energy management system that sheds devices such as air conditioners when you draw more than 30 amps? That box looks like it has relays that would be part of an energy management system.
