2016 Ace Thor motor home 29.3 we have a fridge that I would like to upgrade is it possible to install a bigger one? It is a 3 way and thinking of upsizing. Currently a standard 8 cubic

You have the standard Norcold 2-Way fridge + 120 VAC and propane.
The simplest way to get more space is to swap it out for a "residential" fridge that only runs on 120 VAC. Find one that fits in the same space. You may be able to enlarge it taller and to the left if you give up that linen space.

But then you have to have an inverter and a house battery bank large enough to power the fridge when not camping with SP.
