We did the sign up and made camping reservations for the Rally months ago. We're going for our third year. Probably bringing the Ugolini Margarita machine again too. Some of you will remember it from last year.

For those already here for the Rally, or will be here soon, The Elkhart County 4H fair runs until the 30th. It is one of the largest 4H county fairs in the nation. Something for everyone. Goshen is not very far from ELkhart or Shipshewana.

The memories Joe... High jacking a thread again but this was my second RV and I think I was 19 when I purchased it and had it for about 8 years. Doesn't look like much but made many trips to the Laconia Bike races in NH. and 4 trips to Bike Week in Daytona. Down through the Bronks on 95 doing about 75 the cars just got out of my way since it didn't look to good.Those were the days.... It was good to me and still wish I had it for a conversation piece. Might have a finished picture somewhere but a bit lazy tonight.

Steve, I'll hijack it a bit also. Your picture brings back memories of the early 70's when I was SCCA Road Racing. Club racing, not pro, and a very bucks down operation. For awhile had a bus the we cut the back open and put a garage door in and a set of ramps. Finished off the front to where 3-4 of us could "camp" in it and headed to the races.
Many fond memories of Road America and Mid Ohio. I was living in downstate Illinois then.

Sitting here at the KOA outside Benton Harbor MI, waiting to hear from Tiara Rv, as I had an appointment for some service work set for Aug 8th, hoping they can move me forward if possible so I can get a few concerns taken care of, and head to Va.

I've mentioned this before but since it's been awhile thought I would post again. The Rally area is a great place to look for Amish built furniture, either for your house or for your RV. When we were there we purchased new recliners for our 31SL. We also purchased an end table which matches our interior wood perfectly. The new recliners are very well built and very comfy. We actually ordered ours and had them delivered to Louisiana. We purchased from Lambright Comfort Chairs LLC, 1150 S. 700 West. located in Topeka, not far from Shipshewana South. His Phone number is 260-768-4820. No, I'm not related nor do I get kickbacks, just thought if you are looking, it would be another option. Sorry I can't be there, have fun.

We bought that same table at the 2014 rally and have loved it. Very happy with the quality and function.

Until we bought that, we didn't have anywhere to put our drinks when in the recliners. The top lifts up for remote storage and has a magazine rack on the back, along with 3 functional drawers in the front. Great quality and the size is perfect.

We were able to place the 2 recliners and the end table in the same place of the original recliners and still have more space for the dining chairs.

Rick, did you buy the chairs and table from the same place? If I want to buy the table, do I call the number in your previous post?

Yes, we bought from the same place. We were in Shipshewana South 2years ago having warranty work done at the Redwood Service Center when we ordered them. He had a large selection in stock but not the material that we wanted on the recliners and he did not have the cabinet in the Jr model which is the one we ordered. The number I posted, 260-768-4820,I believe is still a good number. The table I purchased was called a "coach cabinet, Jr, Dark Cherry. The price then was $169.00. The two recliners we purchased were a "his" and "hers". Built the same but "hers" is a little shorter and smaller. My wife is 5'2" tall and complains all the time that her feet won't touch the floor. She loves her new recliner.
