2016 Redwood 39mb (42') This unit was designed as an all-season, full time Fifth wheel and it is set up to full time or use as a tiny home, extended stay or vacations. We have kept in our rv port on our land, and it has very low mileage and is in excellent condition. No leaks now or in history! We have had numerous RVs over the years and after 5 years of extended stays (we used as our home base) this one is by far is the most spacious & comfortable unit we have found. The usable storage space is awesome.
