My overhead bunk will not raise all the way up. The bed is level so it doesn't look like its a sync issue. When I raise it, the back of the bed stops about 6 inches from the ceiling. I have searched the forum for this problem with no luck. There are numerous threads regarding sync issues but not this issue. I called Thor this morning and they said to take it to a shop to have them look at it. To, me it looks like the actuators are stopping an inch or so short of where they should be. This keeps the metal that is supposed to attach to the magnets short of where it should be, and the bed will not stay attached to the magnets.

What's in the bed besides the OEM mattress? Due to the folding bottom you really can't have anything more than sheets on that mattress for it to go all the way up.

Also, make sure the sides aren't hanging up on the netting covering the stash compartments. Overstuffing those compartments is a recipe for problems.

There is nothing up there but the mattress. When is is fully retracted, the top of the metal rail is about and inch away from the front of the coach on the drivers side and a little more than an inch away on the passenger side side. The metal rail on both sides is flush with the front of the coach. It looks like the rails should flush with the front of coach on the top and the bottom.

After looking at it again, the rails are not flush to the front of the coach, they are about the same distance away as the top of the rails.
