I have opened the propane valve on the tank. When I turned on the thermostat, the fan ran for about 2-minutes and quit...and won't start. The A/C circuit breakers are good. Is this a DC malfunction? I have propane to the stove top, the refrigerator and water heater. Any suggestions?

If the stove work than you should have propane to the furnace.
Did you hear it clicking trying to light?
Did it actually light while the fan was running and then shut down?

Thanks...I have gas to the stove. I did not hear the furnace clicking...just the fan running for that short time before it shut down...the furnace did not light.

If no attempt to light (clicking) happened then the furnace logic did not see the fan running. That could be a faulty or stuck sail switch. That's where I'd start looking.

Check the DC fuse going to the furnace.

Is your house battery fully charged... or at least something over 13 volts? The motor won't run and the igniter won't spark (click) if not sufficient voltage. Check voltage and fuses before digging into mechanical failures. Hmmm... Lake Erie Perch... Now THAT'S a dinner idea! I have some frozen! :giggle:
