2016 THOR SYNERGY NO HOT WATER

There is a red light on the bottom of the control in the bathroom. The temp is set to 120. propane is 3/4 full It appears the red light is just an on off switch. The tankless heater is turned on and I have 3/4 tank propane. I have it connected to city water The heater does not kick on. Also the water pump for no city water hookup is not working. I would appreciate any sugestions

Tankless heater? The 2016 Synergy brochure lists a 6 gallon DSI water heater. Was it swapped out?

No, it is original. The owners manual even shows it. The problem is solved though. By using the 12 volt pump instead of city water it works fine. I am also planning on using a water pressure regulator where I can adjust the pressure, but I have not yet tried it.


This forum has been very helpful to me and I will try to respond to anything that I might be able to help with.
