It can’t be any worse! I believe a small RV dealer is the way to go. They want your satisfaction and your repeat business, not to mention our recommendations to new customers. Will shall see, i am sure it will not be a Thor and it will not be from Camping World. I I’m wrong I’ll let you know.

I don’t know...I bought a travel trailer from a small dealer that talked a good story but always seemed to be just on the brink of bankruptcy. He sold competitively but his service department was bare bones (to say the least). There was always -ALWAYS! - some reason that he couldn’t service my trailer. In fact that’s when I decided to fix these things myself. I had a forest river product and the reports on their forum was as bad as this one or worse. Best of luck to you.
