2018 Sunset Trail SS254RB

We are the proud owners of a 2018 Sunset Trail SS254RB. We have had it 2 weeks but are waiting to get it licensed and pay sales tax. When packing for our initial trip I noticed a 1 inch gouge in the dining room table. Called our salesperson and boy was he a jerk. He was a nice guy selling it but like most salesmen, they want your money and then they don't want to see you again. We are taking the table up and hopefully they will replace it at that time and we won't have to wait for them to order a replacement. We already decided that we are not going to do any more business with them as we have to go through the salesperson first. Praying that all goes well and we have no trouble with it. We love the weight, the floor plan and everything about the trailer. We looked the trailer over and everything else seems to be ok. But just like a new pair of shoes, they can feel great walking in them at the store but go for a long walk and your feet start to hurt. Not a great start!

We also bought our trailer from a dealer that would do nothing for us. RAPIDS RV in Wi. Rapids.
To make a long story short as our warrantee was running out we visited the factory and all ended well.
We are happy with our Rezerve, it will be a cold day in Hades before we go back to RAPIDS RV.

I noticed you are from Missouri - we bought our 2017 SS254RB from Campbell Ford Rv in Ozark. They were the best to work with - I would and have recommended them to everyone. This past week I took my unit in to them because my dinette back was loose (held in by staples). They took it apart and used L brackets to reinforce the back - alls well and looks great. Have fun with your new unit - we sure are!

That is where we bought ours also. Everything worked out. When the salesperson realized that we weren't trying to pull a fast one over on him he settled down and was nice. No problems since. I was sad to hear the mechanic that gets the campers ready for sale was no longer working for them. He did such a thorough job of showing us how everything worked.
